Thanks for this. I have done that insert and reinsert a number of times and that does not seem to help. I have no idea why the latest head unit power cycles all the time comes on when it’s turned off and then cycles through CD cassette, and then the radio, and it stops on the radio and gives a hissing sound of no signal. I think I will try some of these things to the best of my ability, but I really want to make the original head unit work. However, I would like to have a radio in the car and it might just be easier to replace it with a modern one. My 93 radio works fine And I love it cause it all looks original, but the 95 might just have to go modern.
