The only thing I can tell you is to *stay away* from these guys:
https://www.cartooldeal.com/
Ordered the Tech2, then 1 month later got a 'nylon inflatable pumpkin' e.g Halloween ornament.
Immediately let them know..then a number of email exchanges with a string of excuses and false claims of it being sent.....this occurred over 3-4 months.
Called my credit card company and filed a claim. Showed them the string of emails. One month later a tech 2 showed up, in a box from Canada that looked like it was blown up and taped back together. The parts were just thrown in a box - no wrapping.
Surprisingly, the unit seemed to work. I haven't tried all the functions, maybe half of them, and it did what it was suppose to do, e.g. configure A/C-heat at start up, move the climate control actuators accordingly, marry the radio, show wheel pulses from the toothed ABS rings on the wheels.
I strongly suspect that this outfit has other sites under different names with the same bad service but I can't prove it. YMMV,
Good luck
