See if it keeps doing this consistently.

If its first start of day, its less likely to be the CPS as that seems to be made worse when engine is hot.

Could be check valve, as others have suggested, but also could be as simple as change of season starting, depending on where you live. Where I am (north of NYC), we’ve started having nights dipping into the low 50s and after a chilly night the cold start in the am usually has a stumble and sometimes a stall, then starts right up all day long, even after a long dormant period later in the day.

Seems to work itself out after a week or two of consistent lower overnight temps.

Mine has behaved this way for most of its 23 years.
