Got Ripped Off - need help

My husband and I went to buy a Saab 9-5 linear tonight. I went out to choose a color and while i was gone my husband did the paperwork left my husband with the paperwork. My husband thought he was getting the Saab advertised lease deal for $339 plus $2000.00 cap reduction. Turns out the number is higher and the dealer also charged him a large delivery fee to dealer (not to us, we drove over an hour), dealer prep, etc. This was in addition to the bank fee. Unfortunately my husband put a $500 deposit down.
Is there any way they can keep our deposit if we don't want the car? Shouldn't we just be paying for the Saab advertised lease deal, plus DMV costs and a bank fee and that's it? I am frustrated because we had to call 8 dealers just to find an available car.
