Roger is right...Consumer lending laws allow the consumer to Rescind loans and leases within 3 days of contract signing. This goes for everything from mortgages to car loans/leases. Just take the car back and tell them you want out of the lease. Be firm and don't hesitate to let them know you will be reporting their dishonest sales practices to both the state officials, if they Hesistate...mention the police, that always rattles them. Good luck.
