Exactly, three layers and your car is going to be fine.

I use Meguier's #26. I would also highly recommend One Grand Blitz because you don't have to be cautious about black plastic trim contamination. Most carnuba waxes will stain your black plastic trim. One Grand Blitz does not stain.

With Meguier's #26 you need to either tape the black plastic trim with masking tape or be super cautious and not allow the wax to make contact with the trim. It will leave a white film and it is hard to get off.
