Rust!

Hi all,
I have a '02 Linear (silver paint) and noticed today tiny rust spots all over the lower paneling on the car (none on the hood, trunk top, or roof). They are the size of a pinhead or smaller. Most of these rust spots come off with your fingernail, but there are so many of them
I live in Massachusetts where a lot of salt is used, but I'm very disappointed in this car. I wash the car AT LEAST once every week and a half, and try to wash it more frequently when going out on the highway.
Anyone else experience such rapid emergence of rust on the paint? I am very disappointed, as I have only owned this car since Labor Day. I've washed it a million times and take very good care of it. I also applied Mequiar's wax to the paint at some point in November.
Should I bring this up with the dealer?
