Is the speed the torque converter stops slipping eg like when you are fully off the clutch in a man tranny.there is another mechanical lock up in 4th but thats a different story. To find the static stall speed engage drive and depress the brakes and floor the throtle...as jimmy said you dont even make 3000rpm and the brakes easily overpower 2500-3000rpm. Miles....im sorry but thats impossible - unless you are driving a mechanical mirical?
Regards
James
