Definitely let the dealer know about it. You may need new spark plugs - I believe they need to be replaced every 30,000 miles, but I might be wrong on this. A faulty ignition system usually first shows up under heavy load. As it worsens, the problem will be obvious under lighter throttle also.
It is hard on the engine and is also probably affecting your fuel consumption.
