Well I am stumped -- I read a ton on the program back and when I asked the dealer and service manager I got the same response as "Van" above, but perhaps the defining factor was out of warranty via age rather than mileage. Heck who knows...these guys can do anything they want anyway. Getting the CPO on a 57K mile car is a good deal given the 100K coverage. The 99 I bought only had 36K miles -- I will be amazed if i near 60K within the next two years.
