Perfect weather here -- mid 80s -- gets windy and it has rained some lately. I have been mixing it up between the Mountain Bike and the Road Bike trying to get a little stronger. I haven't been doing any races lately -- a friend tried to get me to do a 40 mile race a few weekends ago, but I hurt my wrist falling off a ladder and it was too hot (yes I am a wimp).

That tour your preping for is very inspiring. That looks like a major workout -- 2,654,000 vertical feet climbed! Sounds like an awesome ride as that part of NY is beautiful. In Texas you just get to see a lot of fields and cracks in the road;)
