Weight shift to the front under heavy breaking must change your steering geometry. Out of alignment and/or improperly balanced tires coupled with a severe weight shift to the front and the aerodynamic forces at that speed must lead to your problem.
Stiffer springs, a lowered suspension` a larger rear spoiler and dampers with a higher rebound rate will solve your problem. You will need it when your brothers to the north start their march south.........
