Sirius, I prefer the talk and music mix, and then of course, there's NPR.
While I like the excellent design of the SkyFI, the XM Commander and the Roady leave a lot to be desired.
I'll be installing the Audiovox SRS2 with the wireless FM cradle. While this works well, there's static bleeding into the wireless frequencies from local FM stations (NY City and environs).
To fix this, Audiovox make an unpowered FM switch that interfaces between the Saab antenna plug and the radio. Supposedly it doesn't interfere with other FM stations.
I'll take some shots of the install and post them for anyone interested.
Question for you, after you ran the antenna cable down throught the first weatherstrip/channel, where did you feed the cable into the interior? Through the hinge?
