The bottome line is that people today are educated about what they are purchasing...all of them. People dont spend over 30 grand with out thinking very hard about where that money is going. If you can AFFORD a car that expensive you already know about the importance of savings. The manager T/O or turnover does not mean the salesperson is a messenger or uneducated. The sales man is simply not authorized to give away money. If the customer was ready to go at the first offer or at MSRP then no manager T/O would be necessary. 99% of the time a T/O is only resulting in the price being lowered so it should not be something you dread if you are ready to buy. If someone is high pressure, it stinks regardless of what you are buying. If they came across as high pressure, they are not a good closer anyway. It's tough to find good people in the car business. It is not a very popular place to work and rightly so. Sales in any forum is cut throat unless you find a good place to work.
