Ones again bear with me for grammar and choice of words since I'm struggling to find the right words sometimes. All in all it is an honest translation.

<Saab quite about serious engine problems.
Approximately 100,000 Saab owners could have a car with serious engine problems.
Saab has known about the design/manufacturing flaw for a long time but up until now refused to pay for repairs.
And the insurance companies don’t pay a dime.
Dagen Nyheter (The Daily News) reveals today that Saab has kept the blinds shut on an engine problem in the turbo equipped gasoline engines for the 9-5 and older 9-3 models.
The cost to repair the broken engines hovers around $2200.00 to $3600.00.
This is certainly not good says Örjan Åslund, Chief of information, Saab Sweden when asked by Expressen (evening newspaper).
The insurance companies give their customers the “cold hand” to payout for destroyed engines.
Fabrication and material defects are not covered under the insurance agreement.
Well known problem.
At the same time the problem has been well know by the insurance companies.
Saab 9-5 and 9-3 are having a 67% higher score in damage than the average car says Lars Carlsson, Chief of car technical question for Folksam (insurance company) when asked by Expressen.
Critical to the handling.
Lennart Palmgren, Legal adviser, Trygg Hansa Insurance is critical of the handling of this problem by the manufacturer.
Saab has not informed their customers of this and is dodging the problem. Just imagine if they had to recall all these cars, he tells The Daily News.
Citing the news papers calculations it could lead to costs up in the $28,000,000.00.
Car owners that are victims of this problem hear a clattering noise from the engine. By than it is already too late and the engine is damaged. The culprit is an over pressure in the PCV system that leads to a reduction of the oil lubrication.
Örjan Åslund tells Expressen that Saab noticed a pattern in the reports coming in about a year ago, but he cannot say when the corrective actions were taken.
Within 10 days we hope to present a solution and I hope that our customers will see that as a generous one.>
This was early in the morning and then the more official story was aired later in the day/evening.
Still nothing really concrete of the "real" reason for the problems but I have my suspicions.
