a couple of years back saab replaced my '98 9-5 engine for the cost of $5,000 because of presumably radiator fault, the car had 80,000km. two years later at 110,000km the gearbox broke down and costed $2,000 (plus $3000 in goodwill) the reason was faulty radiator not cooling the gearbox cooler enough. what's wrong with those cars that everybody including myself find so wonderful.
