Run till it stops, afterwards run a jumper wire by removing fuse 27 and 30.
I think is the upper for 27 and lower for 30 or vice versa.This will applied a current straight to the pump.
The pump is in the trunk, so remove the lid(left side. If the pump is good you should hear it or it will be vibrating.
If you don't hear anything, first check the connector for voltage; if there is voltage then the pump is the culprit.
