well, yes, i tend to agree w/ you. I am quite aware of how the car is behaving with the recently hotter ambiant temps here. The slight temprature problem i experiance seems very small to me. if while sitting in traffic the temp gets to be a touch too hot for my tastes(usualy anything over half) i turn on the A/c compressor to get the main fan spinning continuously. this without fail brings the coolant temp back to half the guage in a hurry. Personaly i never use my A/C because unless its raining i have my windows down. and the a/c is of no effect in such circumstances. Idealy i'd like to disconect my magnetic AC clutch so that the only purpous of the ac button is to activate the fan. then the little frost symbol would apply to the motor rather than the occupants:-) hehe thats more important anyways.
any idea's on how i can do this? i looked for a quick disconect wire or something to the clutch but i found none.
btw, dont you guys hate the abrupbt power surge when you call for full throttle with the ac on and it cuts out after its on full load?
also, in my estimation the ac compressor drops 10 hp off the car when its on.....maybe mine is just broken....although it blows reall cold air...
