I didn't have the patience to read through all your previous threads, but here are a few things to ponder:
1. Make sure that your charge warning light in the dash illuminates when you turn the ignition key to the run position without starting the car. If the light doesn't light, your battery will not charge properly. If it needs to be replaced make sure you use the 2 watt bulb with the green socket base and not the 1.2 watt bulb with the black base. Also, be sure to check the white/green wire on the back of the alternator, it should be right next to the big red wire coming from the starter. If that wire is disconnected the light in the dash won't work, and the battery won't charge.
2. Check all your ground points- especially at the alternator, beneath the radiator on pass. side, and another ground point is underneath the rear seat. Bad grounds = no charge.
3. Battery cables. The insulation can become brittle and fall off. Make sure this isn't happening to your cables.
4. Belts. The alternator should most certainly have 2 belts but will run with one. The 2nd belt is there for redundancy. The tension is important as well - properly tensioned belts (even old ones) should not give more than half an inch between the pulleys. If you're missing one & the remaining one is old, AND you're having problems, then the 1st thing I would do, is to go and buy a new set of belts (for everything - not just the alternator, might as well while you're in there suffering).
5. Bushings should be automatically replaced when you remove the alternator. Not changing them is sort of like Tiger getting the trophy and leaving it outside in the rain. The bushings are important because they prevent vibration not only in the alternator but also in the other belt driven devices. Thus helping to reduce premature alternator and water pump failure.
6. Have you added any electrical accessories recently ? Radio, foglights, etc ? If so, pull the fuses on those items to see if there might be a fault in their circuits.
I hope this helps and good luck.
