Clean out the door drains and quarter panel drains. The two door drains are located under the bottom rubber strip on the door. They are two small slots that are fabricated into the door. A small screwdriver or something to rod them out will do the trick. Then hose down the window area (with the window up)and see if the water is flowing smoothly out.
The quarter panel drain is the small rubber nipple on the underside of the panel. Pull it off and do the above process here too. Then replace the nipple.
I have spent a small eternity tracking leaks in my 2 900's. One is a convertible. I can proudly say I have found them and fixed them. Yes! Thank you.
I really advise you to pull the interior if you care about the car. It is the only way to clean and dry up the mess. Pull it out and put the drivers seat back in so you can use the car. That way you have some time to evaluate other leaking possibilties and still use the car.
I also POR-15'd my floorpans while everything was out just in case there are anymore leaks that I don't catch right away.
