Power windows weaker than ever?!

Okay, so I suddenly have issues with my power windows.
The other day when I went out to the car and the driver’s window wouldn’t go down. I had left it partway open overnight (it was a dry night) and when I went to put it down, it didn’t budge. No sound, nothing. Over the past few days, I’ve had varying success with both windows – sometimes they go MUCH slower than their usual slow speed, sometimes they won’t go, sometimes they go normally. I’ve noticed that I really can’t put both windows up at the same time now; if I do, neither will quite make it shut – about 1/4 inch is left. Then, if I try to put them up individually from there, neither will go higher. But if I put each down a little bit (again, individually) and then put each up separately, they’ll poke their way to the top. The driver’s side is usually much more finicky.
I’ve taken the switch pack out from between the seats to inspect for corrosion on any of the contacts (there was none) and I’ve taken the door panel off the driver’s side and wiggled the window motor connections to make sure they’re tight, but nothing seems to help. Any ideas as to what could cause this?
TIA,
Tim B.
