What to do with my Saab?!

Hello,
I have an '85 Saab 900 (base model/non-turbo/etc...) and I'm trying to decide what to do with it -- ie. Invest the money to fix it up, or let it gracefully retire :)
It's got almost 200,000 km on it. The body is still in pretty good shape with only a little rust around the wheel wells and a couple of other small spots. The inside is a different story -- both front seats have lost their support and need to be fixed, and the lining on the roof has fallen on, and the dash board is starting to develop some significant cracks. (Oh, and my mom just broke the passenger side mirror the other day when I was visiting :(
It runs ok most of the time though I had to disconnect the cold-start fuel injector to stop the engine from flooding but the engine probably could use a good overhaul (check all the sensors, hoses, etc.) I don't think that's been done for a while (ever?) And, it seems to lack power on the highway (can't make it up long hills without losing speed) but maybe that's just the way it is (I never drove it when it was new -- I only got it after it had 100k on it.)
Anyway, I'm just trying to decide what is the best thing to do and looking for some opinions. I like the car and don't really want to part with it, but if it's just going to suck up money, then maybe I should just retire it. (If I decide to, I'll post it here in the classified section with more details, pictures, contact info, etc.)
Thanks!
-Dave
