Wiring Question fof Anders

I have wired my 87 SPG with new relays and wiring as per Daniel Stern. I have a relay for highs and a relay for lows. The power comes from the battery terminal to the relays. The grounds are to the battery neg. post and the OEM light wires are used to trigger the new relays. I have fogs on the car and herein lies the problem. When I have the lights on, say the low beams, and I push the dash fog switch , the highs also come on with the lows as well as the fogs. Switch the dash off and the highs and lows work as they are supposed to. I haven't changed anything in the car's main relay panel. Any help would greatly appreciated. Thanks
Richard B
