just thank god you're not working on a turbo Saab...
you'll need special tools like the clutch spacer tool, and i hope the clutch on the parts car is operational or you're in for a world of trouble.
a tip - if you get the spacer tool you dont need to disconnect the slave cyl, and thus dont need to bleed the hydraulic clutch line.
Otherwise a 13 mm crows foot wrench makes loosening and tightening the line alot easier. You'd also need a brake bleeder kit.
You should also replace the pilot bearing and put in a resurfaced flywheel. get the parts car flywheel shipshape with a new bearing so you can insert it while doing the swap. You'll need loktite blue for the flywheel bolts, and a wire wheel to clean them before reinserting.
You'll have to take the hood off too, it can be a one man job if you know wht you are doing and are strong.
taking the parts car apart is a great way to see how it all works. once you get it apart you can decide if you want to do the 'good ' car.
I've reused clutch discs before, and its a good way to go, but i'd strongly suggest getting the flywheel resurfaced as a worn surface can be just as guilty for cuasing chatter as a worn disc.
it's also fairly hard on your back as you have to lean over. try jacking the car up a foot or more to make it easier (depending on your height).
