Yeah, it is fun but I have a few peeves: That cussed plastic cover and how exactly to pry it off the easiest.
Also those 5mm allen bolts on the slave cylinder. Bondhus and others make a ball-end allen wrench for tough-to-get-at spots but put it on the long end of the L so you can't use it where you'd torque on it and break it or strip a bolt. But I figure if I have time and a torch I might heat one of those up and put a short 90 degree bend in it and chance it on those bolts that are so hard to get at.
Also besides my pilot bearing re-lube deal (DON'T pump too much grease in or you'll blow one or both seals out of the bearing and need to disassemble anyway) I'm working on a way to use a (6mm?) bolt with head ground off on one side, and a tube with a notch cut out part way up one side, to make an in-car puller for those bearings, if I have to go in either of my two cars again.
Those 7 bolt heads on the flywheel are extra-low-profile and a knuckle-buster, and they fight all the way with Saab's excellent locktite on them. All sockets have a bell mouth for easy fit on nuts; that makes them slip off easier there. Could get a little milled off (or ground on a belt sander, or the side of a grindstone) so you have one where the hex starts flush and doesn't slip as easily.
