get the hook on the spring compressor on the right side to be hooked on the bottom coil. Pound the saddle bolt back through, remove the spring compressor on the right side and hook onto the bottom of the last spring at the seat. Get the top hook as high as you can on a top coil. Do the same for the other side. Start compressing again the spring should come out. From the position of your compressors you will not be able to compress the spring enough to get it out. I have the same spring compressors, avergae time for removal per side for me is 40 minutes.
