it is hard to know what kind of shudder you are talking about. i read some of your earlier posts. one says lack of power with full boost and it runs cool. this could be the timing is off - too retarded. check the static timing. or maybe you have a bad wastegate actuator. put a pump on it and see if it holds pressure and do it when the car is warm (don't burn yourself, duh). i am skeptical that a bad motor mount would cause the knock sensor to generate voltage, especially if from time to time the engine runs properly. if the shudder you're feeling starts before the boost drops then maybe you have fuel pump or fuel filter problems. if the filter is bad you could have issues at high boost levels, but then again the fact that you get normal operation sometimes may mean it's not an issue. the voltage at the fuel pump though may be an issue? make sure the contacts are clean.
i can't see how the cruise control is related. if it is turned off then no signals from it go to the apc.
