Eriksson builds a fine T-37 with a good warranty. The shop that I worked in used lots of them after I stopped working there (and doing their rebuilding). Be very sure that you properly adjust the shift mechanism after you install the new tranny. Improper adjustment of the shift mechanism will quickly destroy the tranny and this adjustment must be assumed to be different from T-37 to T-37. ie. Two otherwise identical T-37s (eg. The one you are taking out and the one you are putting in) can (and usually do) require significantly different settings of the shift linkage. There will probably be a big tag on the new tranny telling you this. Get the procedure from someone with the Saab section 4 manual (or maybe Eriksson if you buy their unit). Use ONLY type F fluid and flush out the transmission cooling circuit well before installation or the bad stuff from your old unit just wrecks the new one.
