Sorry about misspelling your name Justin. I have two options for Saabs to run: one being a 1984 900 Sedan, no turbo, 5-speed manual. Car has high miles, but has proven virtually industructable in street driving. It was rear-ended in a hit and run, It would have no trouble being considered worth less than $500. Pros: Big self-repairing bumpers, good handling, seemingly industructable, good gas mileage. Cons- A little slow.
The other option is a '92 9000 Turbo CSE, lower miles, great motor, but it was involved in a serious accident, I spun it out at 125 MPH and slammed into a wall. The motor still runs strong, transmission shifts, but the frame is bent and the car is so out of alignment that the lugnuts fall out of the front left wheel. I sold it to a friend for $200, he is going to see if he can get the body straightened and he wants to replace the front suspension to see if that cures the problem.
The 9000 has lame handling, but it is super fast with cat-back and the Mitsu TD-04 turbo in it. It's also heavier.
Justin, you've done this before. Which one would you run?
