in engine via dipstick (pass. side of car, large round cap marked oil). if that's ok (near full [upper] mark, should be ok to start & run it.
next, check tramsmission oil level (near bottom of engine pass. side under exhaust manifold. hex headed [i believe] on your year). i'm assuming 5 spees here. if that's ok (near full [upper] mark, should be ok to run it. auto i don't know about.
as far as battery goes, a) push car out of garage & jump start it, b) remove battery, take outside & jump it or charge it and reinstall, or c) replace it. as others have said, drive the car to charge the battery, don't just start it. a 20 min drive would be good, don't forget to wash the salt off the car afterwards if you're a state that salts snowy roads.
lastly, have a friend or local indy check out your car and hopefully you should be ok.
