And it was 100% fine before getting gas.

It's possible you got bad gas ... which would be my first instinct.

Might want to check to see if a vac hose somehow popped off when you restarted the car / this sounds like it could be a major vacuum leak. Like maybe one of the larger hoses that goes to the AIC valve split or came off (the valve that helps control idle speed, has 2 thicker hoses going to/from the throttle body to/from it).

Barring that... maybe the air mass meter just crapped out at the same time (unlikely but...)

I've run my SPG without a gas cap (by accident) and it ran fine, so I don't think a faulty gas cap could cause this...
