Thanks for the quick responses. My 900T is a '91 and is 16 valve. Believe it is the 2.1. Engine I am putting in is an '89 900S and is also 16 valve and I believe a 2.1 as well. You guys are smarter and more technicial than I am. What is APC?
Am I just able to skip the turbo and drop the 900S and have it run well, or is it necessary to change the computer? If I decide to add a turbo, what is involved? Does the turbo go into the block? (mines trash).
To answer your question Jonathan, I have always had trouble with this engine running hot and I made the bad decision of letting it overheat and it cooked the block. My thought has always been that the turbo engine seems to run hot and that the 900S might just run better. Thoughts?
Thanks!!
