i was thinking of paint for a good long time Posted by vvack0matic [Email] (#1443) [Profile/Gallery] (more from vvack0matic) on Sun, 19 Aug 2007 20:27:53 In Reply to: Re: to tell you the truth, Saana88 [Profile/Gallery] , Sun, 19 Aug 2007 19:53:28 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
it came down to when and where, the where part answered itself when i thought to build the paint booth.
all the paint calls for drying at 70 degree weather.
so after a little research i found around this time up north like way north (VT) the temps are right at or around 70 with the humidity down to almost null.
when you get near the priming/paint look for the time of year and area location that sits around 70 for a month.
if its Fla. in December, or Colorado in summer i found two years ago Vermont sits right at 70 for two to three months plenty of time to take on the task. but where ever it is
have fun, i know i did
just would of liked to rewind time to when i was buying paint and get 1 and a half gallons of clear,......... wheres my time machine.
