You need to tighten it at the water pump I'm guessing? If so, it may be possible to access the clamp nut by removing the two AC compressor bracket bolts at the head and pushing it to one side. If more than that is required, it is possible to loosen and lift the AC compressor, still attached to the bracket. Getting to the bottom bracket bolt above the alternator is often the difficult part. For that you have to remove the alt belts, allow the alternator to fall forward, giving you access to the bolt. 12 mm if I'm not mistaken. Once loosened, you may find that the bolt is too long to remove without the head bumping against the alternator. In that case, you'll have to remove the entire alt bracket, which is a real pain in the ass. You end up having to remove all the alt wiring, disconnecting the battery first...

The other option is to remove the intake manifold, requiring a new gasket (after some careful removal of the old gasket on the soft aluminum head surface, making sure none of the gasket remnants fall into the head intake openings). Before any of that, you have to drain the coolant so it doesn't flood your intake chambers when the intake manifold is removed. Both options are a good day's worth of effort with the right tools. Filthy hands and a lot of swearing usually accompany this job.
