Tons of pitfalls. That's why it's not a recommended technique. Coming out the bottom means you won't need an engine hoist you will need something to hold up the engine from above because the front and right motor mounts will be apart. Cherry pickers are so cheap now that you could buy one, use it and then resell it for half of what it cost and save money over renting one. Cheers
