just be loose so i ran out and bought the lock washers, perhaps the bolts i installed were just a bit to long, with the added washer it backed now set the bolt back farther from where it was set before.
with out the new gasket after all the lock-washers were installed i moped up the oil, then started the motor and let it idle for a good 4 minutes, no drip started.
took the car out for a drive and road it up on the ramps once again, crawled under the car and saw clear as day, the bolt next to the shift rod had a clear line of oil coming from it. (wasn't able to get the torque wrench on it because of the rods proximity)
and clearly dripping from the speedo, flange bolt.
so i grabbed a 13 mm wrench attached a make shift breaker bar and tightened the crap out of the bolt next to the rod, and resealed the flange bolt.
i felt the bolt under the crank pulley and it has the but still attached to the bolt. with a good amount of dirt up there.
i have yet to test the car but if i find the top bolt is still dripping i`ll have to buy the gasket.
that bolt is so tight now there's no way one can get it tighter with out striping the threads out.
