I have indeed messed with the timing a bit. So I readjusted the timing back to where it idles best, and the stutter happens. The only way I can get it to not do that is by going counter-clockwise almost 25 degrees. That allows no stuttering, but 0 power, and you cannot accelerate without killing the engine. I have put in iridium NGK's, but it did the same thing with the original autolites that were previously installed. Any idea why the cel is constantly on, or am I dealing with 2 different problems.
