Dunno about the passenger's side, but on the driver's side there is a grommet near the brake booster and under the coolant reservoir. It's basically a straight shot through to the starter. I've always used that route, then done a small patch to the alternator and a second run from starter to the breakout, following the path of the original battery cable (over the transmission, under the battery tray). Works beautifully.
On the passenger's side, I think your only options are through the inner fenderwall as Nash said, or through the RHD power steering shaft area... or, of course, punching a hole in the firewall.
Were I to do this again, I'd use something like this:

Even though it's more complicated, I think the end result is a little safer. The chances of wearing a hole in your quality, thick battery cable is very low, but this totally eliminates that possibility.
