LABEL EVERYTHING.

Take "before" pictures. Place pieces of masking tape on the ends of wire harnesses and hoses and label them with where they go. Get a box of ziplock baggies and put the various screws, bolts and small pieces of hardware in seperate bags with labels as to where they go as well.

This may seem insignificant now but it will save a lot of hassels as you try to put things back together.
