Hi All,
The car's a 92' Turbo that's been sitting at my dad's since I moved to New York. But it's been covered and I changed the fluids before parking it. It was last started in August. Anyway, I wanted to tighten up a few things on it because my dad's van died, and he's only working part-time now, and he needs something decent/free to drive. I went down there over the weekend and the car fired right up, but the clutch pedal would not depress AT ALL, and the car would not shift out of neutral. With the engine off, the shifter moved, but the gears wouldn't engage.
The fluid level in the master cylinder looks fine. It got dark before I could look at anything else.
We did the slave cylinder and fixed a leak on one of the lines a few years ago. But I can't remember if the problem was similar or opposite then.
Ideas?
Thanks,
Devin
