I will bet that since the car was sitting, the PP, Clutch disc, Flywheel has rusted together. What I think you can do is remove the cover from the Flywheel/Clutch access and spay brake cleaner or 2+2 carb cleaner with a spay tube down into the mating surface of the clutch assembaly. The same thing can also happen with drum brakes when the emergency brake is applied or the car sits for over a year. The test to be sure that the clutch cylinder isn't seized, push the clutch pedal and open the bleeder valve. If the pedal goes down, then the clutch assembaly is frozen with rust. Easy fix with spray. Lots of luck with this problem.
