Yes indeed, the Landjet.....the original Landjet was a 911 ( marked up from 900 ) -- very very fast flat six NA .....miss her, but the namesake Landjet now is even faster.....less displacement ( missing two cylinders ). OK off the namecalling.....
You want to make sure that there is no debris in the intake, or in the outlet from the turbo. Take it apart the tubing and try to spin the turbo wheel -- check for axial and radial play.
If it were mine, I would take off all the fan belts to hear nothing but the engine run. You can start it and let it run for a minute not hurting anything. BEFORE you start it and run with the fan belts, drain the cooling system, and the block -- try to flush it before the foreign debris is pushed through the water pump.
I agree with Saabnut and the oil in the cylinders -- get a squirt oil gun, and give it three shots in each spark plug hole...run it over 5 cranks. Give it another three squirts and run it over. Let it marinate....run it over again. No hurry here....it has been in a coma for two years....let it wake up sloooowly....make sure the oil pressure warning light goes out during the cranking sequences...new oil would be good with a pinch of Sea Foam in the crankcase as well.
Get as much of the fuel out, put in a couple gallons of good fuel with a pinch of Sea Foam....change the fuel filter....before you sent any fuel to the injectors.
I love to wake the beasts from a long hibernation...wish I was there...
