Doing this, I have found just enough room, barely, to break the connection loose with a standard open end wrench. Try flipping yours the other way. (Or maybe you have one of the clunky oversize kind of cheap imported wrenches that is a little too big?)
Anyway, once cracked free, you can ANGLE the wrench, kind of at a 45 degree angle to the nut (or to the line), and that will clear things and let you still use the standard open-end wrench, but get many more degrees per turn, on the now-loose and easy-to-spin flare nut. Or use your fingers, till it's out.
You can also leave that line attached until the slave cylinder is out, if you're doing a clutch job. Then remove the line. And if hydraulics are now working fine and you don't plan any work to them, you can maneuver the slave cylinder over to the side and leave it attached to the line, thanks to the flexible hose section of it.
Just don't hit the clutch pedal while things are all apart.
