I agree that these cars will probably not be in the high-end of collect-ability. They're never going to fetch the big bucks. I'd say they'll probably be comparable to what a Studebaker is now--limited collect-ability. I see a lot of parallels between Studebaker and Saab. Studebaker was also a company that offered quirky, somewhat-advanced designs and met the same fate as Saab. In the late 50's, after doing well, sales just dropped. The last hoorah was the mid-60s Avanti. It's coke-bottle design was ahead of it's time. It didn't save the company, but it is considered a mid-level collectible today.
