The non-turbo part is machined for the EZK shutter wheel from late 1988 on. Earlier EZK, and all turbos use a sensor in the distributor to time the ignition system. So a turbo can use a non-turbo pulley, not so the other way around.
The turbo balancer might be heavier, too, I'm not sure.
Other than that, the pulley sheaves are he same, the bore for the crakshaft is the same, etc.
I ran a non-turbo pulley on a C900 turbo motor that I put DI onto (needed the machined surface for the DI shutter wheel), and had no troubles. It's still going, far as I know.
