another source . This is as I stated in my original post . Why would I get 10.3 volts at the terminals when they are disconnected from the pump ? It would make more sense to me if I got 12v or 0v , but I am getting 10.3v consistantly even when I wiggle the wires around to see if this odd voltage is caused by a damaged wire or piece of insulation . And like I stated before the battery is putting out about 12v and I am doing all these tests with the ignition on and the engine not running .
