Obviously there is more than this list, as every nut and bolt (almost) got looked at, and replaced if required.
Engine/mechanical:
Head Gasket
Front seal+oil pump seal
Water pump
Alt bushings
New belts
Front elbow water hose
Exhaust gasket
Vacuum hoses (all)
Inlet manifold bushings
Clutch, master, slave, hose, input seal, rear seal
Fuel filter
Replace entire A/C setup (used)
New front rotors and pads
Rebuilt master cylinder
Exhaust
Redline MTL in trans
Oil cooler and lines (good used)
Suspension/steering:
SPG springs-used (SAS spacers in rear)
Koni shocks (set on #2 all around)
4 balljoints
tie rod ends
ARB mounts and end bushings
All inboard A arm bushings are good
replace entire rear axle with good
Lower steering uj shaft
New front tires (Toyo)
Body/interior:
Replace hood
replace tailgate+debadge
New rear roof section (with glass)
Replace front bumper (used)
replace/paint rear bumper
Replace dashpad (used), consol and facia, steering wheel and shift boot (leather)
Replace all light bulbs
Replace front panel-treat all surface rust
Replace headlights (inc new bulbs), signals and grille
New badges
New wipers
Color wax on the paint
