Its about time to get the AC working on my 89 convertible. I have no history except the car sat up for a few years before coming to me. I can't recall if the compressor belt was in place - anyhow its off now. It must have been making some noise so I took it off-line. I believe the system was converted over to R12. What should I do first to see if the system is any good or needs repair/replacing? It doesn't blow cold now.Thanks for the tips.
