Just have the 'toe' re-set at an alignment shop. They don't need to screw with the caster, camber, or rear wheel alignment. Changing the outer tie rod ends only affects the toe. As long as the car hasn't been crashed or otherwise bent the caster and camber will remain just as the factory set them and be fine. If you are ambitious you can set the toe yourself. You'll need to get or make the simple device the compares the front edge of the tire to the rear edge but it should be pretty cheap to pay a shop just to set the toe.
