You can use one of the bolts holding the positive battery cable to the front of the trans to thread into the clutch shaft to pop it out. JUST REMEMBER TO PUT A PIECE OF CARDBOARD BEHIND IT SO IT DOESN'T PUNCTURE THE RADIATOR WHEN IT POPS OUT! You can leave the rad and fans in place to do the clutch, just protect them when you pop out the shaft. IT will be obvious how far out it needs to be when you get into the job. Also as someone else mentioned, you usually need to pull the slave and clutch out as a unit, sometimes you can sneak the slave out by itself, but usually not.
Also remember to get your spacer tool in the pressure plate before you take anything apart. Forgetting that will mess you all up.
There are 3 dowels that hold the pressure plate on the flywheel, make sure you get it off all 3 before you go yanking on it.
If you replace the pilot bearing(which you should), you'll need to remove flywheel too. Make sure you put thread sealant or blue loctite on the threads on reassembly. Also use on slave cylinder bolts. You'll have oil leaks otherwise.
All and all, this isn't that hard of a job.
